Most young people stay on in education after 16, and some will go into higher education at 18 whilst others will look for work or training at 17 or 18. If you decide you want to look for work or training look for a job which will give you training.
You could look to apply for an Apprenticeship - this will give you experience and training leading to NVQ 2, 3 or 4 in your chosen work area. You could also apply for Foundation Learning before you try for a job or apprenticeship. It'll help give you the skills employers are looking for.
