The recruitment drive is aimed at all ages and backgrounds, regardless of experience and jobs will be from entry level upwards.

Any interested applicants need to visit the website in the first instance and:

1. Upload a copy of their CV.

2. Complete an online assessment (situational judgement, verbal reasoning and personality test) which will be automatically selected for them, dependent on the position/s applied for. Providing applicants achieve above a certain score they will be entered into a talent pool/s of their choice. If they don't have a particular preference, a talent pool will be selected for them according to experience, etc.

3. After 10 days of completing the online assessement, applicants will know whether they have either a) been entered into a talent pool/s; b) have been rejected. NB: If a candidate is rejected at this stage they cannot re-apply until a year later.

Currently 83% of applicants have been entered into the talent pool.

The BBC are particularly keen to hear from anyone interested in Admin, Business, Marketing and Communications roles but stress that they are looking for talented people across all areas including Broadcasting/Production, Technology and Journalism.

They have put together a package of documents to help you:
