- CONFIDENTIALITY… we want to be able to confide in a PA
- Connexions should have a NON-JUDGEMENTAL approach
- A young person should be able to TRUST their PA
- A PA should be RELIABLE, being there whether times are bad or good
- The service should be AVAILABLE to every young person
- ADVICE …Connexions should offer advice that is needed and explained in full detail
- Connexions should always be there to HELP
